It's easy to check on your order status or track a package. Simply refer to the email notification(s) from our Customer Care team for all of the details!
Immediately after placing your order, you should have received an order confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org. This email is sent to let you know that we have received your order. It details what you've ordered, your shipping and billing addresses and the total cost with tax and shipping.
It also includes your order number, in the subject line and the body of the email.
If you haven't received a confirmation email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder. To avoid misdirected spam issues, just add email@example.com to your address book!
As soon as your order is processed, you'll receive an email letting you know your items have shipped. it details your shipping address, ship date, shipping carrier, and tracking number, if available. If your order includes items that ship separately, you will receive an additional shipping notification email when each item ships with a new tracking number, if available.
Most products we sell ship from our warehouse via FedEx. When this happens, you're sent one last email from the shipping company with all of the tracking information you need!
To save you money, we sometimes ship directly from the manufacturer or use an alternative carrier, like UPS or the US Postal Service. If your shipping notification email specifies a shipping company other than FedEx, you may need to contact firstname.lastname@example.org to track your package.
