Here at Kegworks, we believe that you should be able to order and enjoy our products anywhere! We ship internationally and are consistently working to optimize the shopping experience for our customers worldwide.

Kegworks has partnered with Digital River offering our products to Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. When you checkout, you can shop our site and see your complete order total, including transportation and importation fees (cost of customs, tariffs, and tax). Once you submit your order, the total is guaranteed, and you will not be charged any additional fees at delivery.


How to Select Your Shipping Country and Currency

You can choose your shipping country and currency by following these steps:

On Desktop: Look for the flag and currency banner at the top of any page.
On Mobile: Open the menu and scroll to the bottom to find the flag and currency banner.

Note: Your shipping country and currency cannot be changed while on the cart, please select your currency on the home page, any product page or category page where the flag and currency icon is present.


How to Obtain a Copy of an Invoice

If you placed your order while logged into your account on www.Kegworks.com you may retrieve your invoice by logging in and viewing your order history, select your order and click “Print Invoice” under Order Details.

If you placed your order as a guest, you may reach out to our customer care team to request an invoice.

How to Cancel an Order

If you would like to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet you can reach out to our Customer Care team through our contact us form or by calling us at 1-716-856-9675 Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. EST. Please have your order number ready.

We may be unable to cancel orders that have already shipped; however, we could begin the return/refund process.


Our Refund Policy / How to Request a Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact Kegworks Customer Care at customercare@Kegworks.com or 1-716-856-9675 so we can address any concerns, including returns or refunds. If a return or refund is authorized, we will refund the actual purchase price of the product, less applicable charges and return ship cost, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Refunds will only be made after Kegworks receives the product.

Note: Kegworks will not refund the cost of international shipping to the address you provided when purchasing the product, nor will it refund duties or taxes paid on the product. You must make any requests for refunds of duties or taxes to the applicable authorities in your jurisdiction.

  • Item(s) may be returned within 45 days of delivery date.
  • Personalized or custom item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • All items will need a return authorization number (see "Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)").
  • Item(s) must be unused and in original condition. All original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, documentation, and accessories must be returned, as well.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping charges, including freight charges on large items, unless the return is due to a Kegworks shipping error.
  • If your order was broken in shipment or if items are defective, our customer care department will assist you with a refund or replacement.
  • Shipping charges must be prepaid on all returned shipments, and we recommend that you insure all returned packages for your protection. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged.
  • Once each item is inspected and approved we will issue a refund for the value of the item, including any applicable taxes as well as duties, VAT, and taxes at the original exchange rate for international orders.
  • We reserve the right to withhold refunds for item(s) that are returned in unsaleable condition.

International Shipping Restrictions

Size Restrictions

Kegerators and other oversized items are restricted from international shipping.

Prohibited Restrictions

Import restrictions vary by country and carrier. We have made every effort to ensure that the majority of our products are available for international shipment. However, some of the more common item restrictions include air tanks, items containing batteries, beer line cleaning solution, and other cleaning chemicals. Glycol and electrically powered items are also prohibited from international shipping except to Canada.

**Ordering Bar Rails for International Customers

We can ship 8-foot bar rail tubing to international customers, but there is an oversized item shipping fee. For those who do not wish to pay the oversized item fee, simply order two 4-foot tubing sections plus splicing sleeve(s) to connect two pieces of tubing. Placing a bracket over the joint can cover the seam between the two joined pieces.
