Products or orders too large or heavy to ship via FedEx will be delivered to you via freight truck delivery. You may be subject to an additional liftgate fee of $55. See below for liftgate service details.
Freight orders usually take 7-10 business days for delivery; some items will take longer, based on your location.
You will be contacted when your freight item arrives at your local freight terminal (via the phone number you've already provided during checkout) to schedule a drop off date and time.
A liftgate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate and you are responsible for bringing it inside.
If you are delivering to a residential address, liftgate service is required.
If you are delivering to a business address and you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, you will need liftgate service and must select this option at checkout.
By checking the "liftgate service" option, a $55.00 fee for liftgate service is added to your total shipping cost.

When your item arrives at your local freight depot, they will call the phone number listed in your delivery address to schedule a drop off. If you miss their call, you will need to call them back within 24 hours to arrange a delivery time and date.
Please respond to the carrier as soon as possible. If you do not, the carrier will be forced to store your merchandise at their shipping facility until they can reach you. You may be charged a storage fee up to $45 per day, or your order may be returned to the warehouse. If this happens, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.
Our freight carriers provide curbside delivery only. This means that you will need to remove the product from the truck yourself. When you set up the delivery appointment make sure to inform the freight company of any additional services you may require, such as a lift gate and/or delivery to your front door. There is an additional charge for these services and if not arranged ahead of time these services will not be available at the time of delivery.
As stated above, our freight carriers provide curbside delivery. Unless you have made other arrangements, you will most likely need another person or a dolly to help.
Please inspect your delivery carefully before signing. The driver is required to wait during your inspection.
On occasion, products are damaged in transit. So, inspect your delivery carefully for any signs of shipping damages before signing the carrier's freight bill. If damage is obvious do not accept the shipments, do not sign the freight bill, and call us immediately at 877.636.3673. If you are unable to contact us, refuse the delivery and note the damage on the shipment bill of lading.
If the damage was not obvious, you have 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends) to inspect your delivery. If you discover damages contact us at 877.636.3673. We will arrange a return of the damaged unit and to have a replacement product shipped to you.
When a damaged item is being returned, please make sure that the product is in its original packaging, with all parts, accessories, instructions and manuals. Have the product available and ready for the pick-up attempt in order to avoid delays and possible cancellation of the pick-up. Please note, shipping companies will only make one attempt at pick-up. Subsequent pick-ups may be at the expense of the customer. Once the damaged unit is received at our warehouse, we will immediately ship the replacement product.
If you fail to contact us concerning damages within the 48-hour time frame, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the shipping company.
The manufacturer, under the terms of their product warranty, handles defective products.
Therefore, we will not replace or exchange a defective product that falls under a manufacturer's warranty.
Refer to the owner's manual for instructions on how to contact the manufacturer regarding product defects.
If you are not home at the agreed delivery time, or if you ask the carrier to come back at a later time (for any reason), you may be charged a $75 to $100 fee for redelivery. The decision to schedule and attempt a redelivery is made at the carrier's individual discretion.
If you miss your appointment, your order may even be returned to the warehouse. If this happens, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.
If you return, refuse, or miss your delivery appointment(s) for a non-defective/undamaged product, you will be responsible for all additional or return shipping costs.
If you do not pay these costs directly to the carrier in advance, they may be deducted from your refund, after the product is returned.
