In order to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers, and in accordance with the CDC and guidelines set by local and federal agencies, the following pickup procedure has been put in place:

Our Local Pickup service allows you to order items from KegWorks.com and pick them up at our warehouse. If you are located within 100 miles of our warehouse in Buffalo, NY, look for free Local Pickup as an available shipping method.
To place an order for Local Pickup:
A note for our Canadian customers: Local Pickup orders can only be placed over the phone at this time. To place an order for Local Pickup, please call our Customer Care team at 716-856-9675. They are available from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. Local Pickup hours still apply.
Local Pickup is only available if the shipping address you enter in the cart is located within 100 miles of our warehouse in Buffalo, NY. If your shipping address is not located within the Local Pickup radius but you are planning to be in the area, please contact KegWorks Customer Care at 1.877.636.3673 or email email@example.com so that we can arrange to have your order ready for pickup.
If your cart includes items that are made to order, personalized items, items that ship directly from the vendor, and/or items that ship via freight, your order is not eligible for Local Pickup.
Our warehouse is located at 1460 Military Road, Kenmore, NY 14217.
You will automatically receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
We charge your method of payment at the time the order is placed.
Your order will be held for 30 days. If your order isn’t picked up after 30 days, we’ll cancel the order and you will be refunded in full. If you need to extend your pickup window, call KegWorks Customer Care at 1.877.636.3673 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You must do this before the end of your initial pickup window.
Your order confirmation serves as the receipt for your Local Pickup order. If you need a copy of your invoice, call KegWorks Customer Care at 1.877.636.3673 or email email@example.com.
Pickup orders can be canceled by calling KegWorks Customer Care at 1.877.636.3673, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by not picking up the order within the 30-day pickup window. If your order is canceled because you did not pick up the order within the 30-day pickup window you will be refunded in full.
Order changes can be made before the order is ready for pickup by contacting KegWorks Customer Care at 877-636-3673 or email email@example.com.
Please note: Changes to your order CANNOT be made at the time of pickup.
