Here at Kegworks, we believe that you should be able to order and enjoy our products anywhere! We do ship internationally, and we're consistently working to optimize the shopping experience for our customers all over the world.

Kegworks has partnered with Borderfree, offering our products to over 100 countries. You can shop our site and see your complete order total, including transportation and importation fees (cost of customs, tariffs and tax) when you checkout. Once you submit your order, the total is guaranteed, and you will not be charged any additional fees at delivery.

International Shipping Restrictions

Size Restrictions

Size restrictions vary by carrier. You will be notified during checkout if your order exceeds the maximum dimensions set by the carrier. Weight, single dimension, and girth (calculated as width + height ×2) limitations apply.

Kegerators, 8 foot bar rail tubing (learn more), and other oversized items are restricted from international shipping.

Prohibited Restrictions

Import restrictions vary by country and carrier. We have made every effort to ensure that the majority of our products are available for international shipment, however some of the more common item restrictions includes air tanks, items including batteries, cocktail ingredients such as bitters and mixers, garnish and other edibles, as well as beer line cleaning solution and other cleaning chemicals.

Maximum Dollar Value (USD)

Order value limits vary by carrier. You will be notified during checkout if your order exceeds the maximum dollar value set by the carrier. Typically, we are unable to ship orders that exceed $2,499.00 USD.

**Ordering Bar Rails for International Customers

Due to size restrictions, we are unable to ship 8 foot bar rail tubing to international customers. If your project requires a longer rail, simply order 4 foot tubing sections plus splicing sleeve(s) to connect two pieces of tubing. The seam between two joined pieces can be covered by placing a bracket over the joint.

Borderfree calculates and displays the order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the United States to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by Customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.

As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed by Borderfree, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree international checkout.

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

Currently, Kegworks and Borderfree support billing in more than 60 currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. Once you confirm your preferences, you will be able to see products priced in your selected currency.

Some items in our catalog are restricted for international shipping due to size restrictions, safety concerns, or network restrictions. If for some reason there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, Borderfree will notify you during the checkout process. At this time, oversized items (including furniture) are ineligible for shipping via our freight forwarder Borderfree. Yes. You can ship to a U.S. address using an international billing address and credit card in our domestic checkout, as these orders are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as orders shipping internationally. Use the country selector at the top of the page to change your shipping destination to the United States. Note: You will be charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Yes, Borderfree supports international gift-giving, in that you can receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, but pay in U.S. Dollars (USD) using a U.S. credit card. This also works if you’re traveling or living abroad.

Orders shipping to U.S. military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the U.S.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact KegWorks Customer Care at customercare@kegworks.com or 1-716-856-9675 so we can address any concerns including returns or refunds. If a return or refund is authorized, we will refund the actual purchase price of the product, less applicable charges and return ship cost, in the form of the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Refunds will only be made after KegWorks receives the product. NOTE: KEGWORKS WILL NOT REFUND THE COST OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO THE ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED WHEN PURCHASING THE PRODUCT.
