    Classic Cocktails

    Old Fashioned Cocktail

      • 1 oz Rye, Bourbon or Scotch Whiskey
      • 1 or 2 dashes of bitters
      • 1 sugar cube
      • 1 dash seltzer

    Pour all ingredients into glass. Muddle sugar until dissolved. Serve over ice. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, orange slice or maraschino cherry. Serve in a No. 5 glass with highball spoon.

    Alexander Cocktail

          • 1 oz Creme de Cacao
          • 1 oz distilled Dry Gin
          • 1 oz sweet cream soda

    Shake well with crushed ice, strain into a No. 9 or 10 glass.

    After Dinner Cocktail

          • 1 oz Apricot Flavored Brandy
          • 1 oz Triple Sec
          • Juice of ½ lime
          • Garnish with ½ preserved apricot

    Shake well, strain into a No. 9 or 10 glass.

    Stinger

          • 1 oz Brandy
          • 1 oz Creme de Menthe

    Fill shaker 1/3 full shaved ice. Add all ingredients. Shake well, and serve in No. 9 or 10 glass.

    Highball

    Can be made with any of the following liquors:

          • Sloe Gin
          • Bourbon
          • Brandy
          • Creme de Menthe
          • Fruit Liquors
          • Gin
          • Rum
          • Rye Whiskey
          • Scotch Whiskey
          • Ginger Ale

    To 1 cube of ice, add 1 oz favorite liquor, fill glass with carbonated water or ginger ale. Serve piece of lemon, if desired. Use highball glass No. 2.

    Dark and Stormy

          • 2 oz Gosling's® Black Seal Rum
          • 8 oz ginger beer

    Pour rum over ice, add ginger beer and stir.

    French 75

          • 1½ oz gin
          • 2 tsp superfine sugar
          • 1½ oz lemon juice
          • 4 oz chilled Champagne
          • 1 slice orange
          • 1 maraschino cherry

    In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine gin, sugar and lemon juice. shake well. Pour into a collins glass. Top with Champagne. Stir well and garnish with orange slice and cherry.

    Simple Syrup

    The Hurricane

          • 2 oz light rum
          • 2 oz dark rum
          • 2 oz passion fruit juice
          • 1 oz orange juice
          • Juice of ½ lime
          • 1 tbsp simple syrup
          • 1 tbsp grenadine

    Squeeze juice from ½ a lime into shaker over ice. Pour the remaining ingredients into the shaker. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass. Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

    Moscow Mule

          • 1½ oz Smirnoff vodka
          • 3 oz ginger beer
          • 1 tsp simple sugar
          • ¼ oz lime juice
          • 1 sprig mint
          • 1 slice lime

    In your copper mug, pour vodka over ice. Add sugar syrup and lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with mint sprig and lime slice.

    Sangria

          • One bottle dry Spanish red wine
          • 3 oz orange Curacao
          • 1 oz lemon juice
          • 3 oz white grape juice
          • 3 oz orange juice
          • 2 oz simple syrup
          • Fresh fruit garnish - orange, lemon and lime wheels,
          • slices of melon
          • Club Soda

    Place three each of the orange, lemon and lime wheels in the bottom of a large glass pitcher and muddle them together with the lemon juice, orange juice and simple syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Top with club soda and serve over ice in a large stem wine glass. Garnish with fresh, seasonal fruit. Serves 6.

    Scarlet O'Hara

          • 1½ oz Southern Comfort
          • ¼ oz lemon juice
          • ¼ oz simple syrup
          • 1½ oz cranberry juice

    Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well and serve over ice.

    Sloe Gin Fizz

          • 1 oz sloe gin
          • 1½ oz fresh lemon juice
          • ½ oz simple syrup
          • Sparkling water

    Add all ingredients, except water, to shaker with ice. Shake well and pour over ice. Add sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon peel.

    Sours

          • 1½ oz favorite liquor
          • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
          • 1 oz simple syrup

    Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a cherry and slice of orange.


    Olive Brine

    Dirty Vodka Martini

          • 3 oz vodka
          • 1 oz dry vermouth
          • ½ oz olive brine

    Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with an olive, and serve.

    Dirty Senorita

          • 3 oz tequila
          • ¾ oz olive brine

    Pour ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with two jalapeno stuffed olives. Great with a salted rim.

    Hot & Dirty

          • 3 oz vodka
          • ¾ oz olive brine
          • 2 drops of Tabasco sauce

    Pour ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with two jalapeno stuffed olives.

    Mexican Martini

          • 2 oz tequila
          • 1 oz Cointreau
          • ½ oz amaretto
          • 1 oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
          • Splash lime juice
          • Splash olive juice

    Pour ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with two jalapeno stuffed olives. Great with a salted rim.


    Bitters

    Manhattan

          • 2 oz whiskey of choice
          • 1 oz sweet vermouth
          • 2 dashes of bitters

    Pour ingredients into shaker over ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.

    Sazerac

          • 2 oz rye whiskey
          • ¼ oz anise flavored liquor
          • ½ oz simple syrup
          • 2 dashes of Peychaud's or Fee Brothers bitters
          • Splash water

    Pour ingredients in a bucket glass over ice and garnish with a lemon twist.

    Junior

          • 2 tsp Benedictine
          • 1½ oz rye whiskey
          • 3 dashes bitters
          • 2 tsp lime juice

    Pour ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake well and strain over ice.

    Trinidad Punch

          • 4 dashes Angostura aromatic bitters
          • 1 oz simple syrup
          • 1 oz lime or lemon juice
          • 3 oz Trinidad rum

    Put 4 tablespoons finely cracked ice into a mixing glass and add ingredients in order listed above. Mix thoroughly, strain, and divide into 2 drinks.

    Angostura Phosphate

    Add ingredients to an 8 oz glass and fill with chilled soda water. Traditionally this drink would have been served without ice, but many people prefer ice.


    Orgeat Syrup

    Mai Tai

          • 1 oz dark rum
          • 1 oz light rum
          • 1 oz Triple Sec
          • ½ oz lime juice
          • ½ oz grenadine
          • ½ oz orgeat syrup
          • Pineapple
          • Cherry

    Add ingredients to shaker. Shake well with ice and strain to an old fashioned or highball glass over ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.

    Blue Lagoon

          • 3 oz pineapple juice
          • 1 tsp orgeat syrup
          • ½ oz Blue Curacao

    Add all ingredients to shaker over ice. Shake well and strain over ice.

    Scorpion

          • 2 oz light rum
          • 1 oz brandy
          • 1½ oz lemon juice
          • 2 oz orange juice
          • ½ oz orgeat syrup

    Add all ingredients to blender. Blend with a scoop of ice.


    Mint Bitters

    Mint Collins

          • 2 dashes mint bitters
          • ½ whiskey sour mix
          • 2 oz gin
          • Soda water

    Add all ingredients, except soda water, to shaker over ice. Shake well with ice and strain over ice into a Collins glass. Add soda. Garnish with lemon slice and a cherry.

    Mint Julep

          • 2 oz bourbon whiskey
          • 4 whole mint sprigs
          • Simple syrup, to taste
          • 1 dash mint bitters
          • Mint sprig, dusted with sugar, for garnish

    Muddle mint leaves, simple syrup and bourbon in a cocktail shaker until mint is blended in. Add ice and mint bitters. Shake until well blended. Strain into a julep cup filled with shaved ice. Garnish with sugar-coated mint sprig and enjoy!

    Mojito

          • ½ oz lemon or lime juice
          • 1 dash simple syrup
          • 1 dash mint bitters
          • 2 oz rum
          • Club soda

    Stir all ingredients, except club soda, with ice in an 8 oz glass. Add club soda. Garnish with mint sprigs.


    Orange Bitters

    Martini Cocktail

          • 2 oz dry gin
          • 1 oz dry vermouth
          • 1 dash orange bitters

    Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a No. 9 or 10 glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist or olive.

    Champagne Cocktail

            Champagne
          • 1 oz Cognac
          • ¼ oz Grand Marnier
          • 1 dash orange bitters
          • 1 tsp sugar

    Put sugar in glass. Add orange bitters, Grand Marnier, and Cognac. Fill remainder of glass with champagne.

    Tuxedo

          • 2 oz vodka
          • 1½ oz dry vermouth
          • ½ oz maraschino liquor
          • 3 dashes orange bitters

    Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice. Mix well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

    Affinity

          • 1 oz scotch
          • 1 oz sweet vermouth
          • 1 oz dry vermouth
          • 3 dashes orange bitters

    Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice. Mix well and strain over ice into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.


    Orange Flower Water

    Ramos Fizz

          • 3 oz Plymouth Gin
          • 4 oz milk
          • 1 oz lemon juice
          • 1 oz lime juice
          • 2 oz simple syrup
          • 1 egg white
          • 1 dash orange flower water
          • Soda Water

    Pour all ingredients, except soda water, into shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled highball glass. Top off with soda water.

    New Orleans Fizz

          • 6 oz Plymouth Gin
          • 3 oz cream
          • 6 oz lemon juice
          • 1 egg white
          • 2 dashes orange flower water
          • Soda water
          • Simple syrup

    Pour all ingredients, except soda water and simple syrup, into shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Top with soda water. Add simple syrup to taste.

    Rainy Sunday Punch

          • 1 oz Absolut Peach Vodka
          • 1 oz Absolut Raspberry Vodka
          • 3 oz raspberry soda
          • 1 oz Elderflower Cordial
          • 6 oz orange flower water
          • 2 oz raspberries
          • 2 oz strawberries

    Add all ingredients to blender. Blend with crushed ice and pour into a sling glass over ice.

    Chapala

          • 9 oz tequila
          • 3 oz lemon juice
          • 3 parts orange juice
          • 1 part grenadine
          • 1 dash orange flower water
          • Orange wedge

    Add ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake well and strain to a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with orange wedge.


    Party Punch

    Jungle Juice

          • 8 oz gin
          • 8 oz light rum
          • 8 oz vodka
          • 1 gal fruit punch
          • 8 oz pineapple juice
          • 20 cherries, sliced
          • 1 can pineapple
          • 20 strawberry slices
          • 20 ice cubes
          • 8 orange slices
          • 15 peach wedges

    Place the ice in a largepunch bowl then add the fruit. Pour in the fruit punch and gradually add your gin, vodka, and rum. Stir well and pour into glasses with ice.
