Sales Account Executive
Mission
KegWorks is seeking a successful Commercial Account Executive who will efficiently utilize interpersonal skills and CRM technology to grow revenue in their portfolio while providing outstanding customer service. Their mission is to identify and convert sources of new business of our bar rail products while expanding revenue from the portfolio's existing customer base.
Outcomes
- Generate Revenue of $1,000,000 by end of year two
- Meet or exceed target Gross Margin and Revenue for monthly / annual sales targets
- Develop open quote pipeline 140% of 6 week rolling sales target
- Maintain AR levels at or below company guidelines
Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute sales orders for existing customers
- Prepare quotes for existing customers and prospects based on plans and renderings
- Maintain current pipeline deal status
- Manage outstanding Accounts Receivable to company guidelines
- Review open order status daily and resolve any outstanding issues with fulfillment staff
- Assess viability of inbound inquiries and execute appropriate response
- Develop strategy to expand high value relationships within portfolio
- Conduct target market research to develop viable prospect pool
- Maintain and execute daily call plan into existing portfolio and prospect pool
- Collaborate with marketing team on content for website and direct marketing

Education & Experience
- 3+ years of proven inside sales experience required with documented earnings over $65,000
- Experience with Netsuite, BigCommerce and Hubspot a plus
Compensation
- Base salary of $35,000 plus structured commission. Estimated first year earnings $70,000 - $80,000 with potential for $100,000+

Warehouse Worker - Pick, Pack and Ship
Mission
KegWorks® is an online retail store that ships the majority of our orders directly from our warehouse in Buffalo. It is very rare that we post for new warehouse people, most employees tend to stay for many, many years. We treat our associates with respect. We all work very hard and there is a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. This is a full-time position with amazing benefits.
We are looking for a smart, hard-working warehouse rock star! The job duties will include the training of all functions in our warehouses. Candidate should be able to follow directions, work independently and meet tight deadlines. No whiners, please.
Outcomes
- Accurately select items from pick locations required for an order ensuring the correct items in the correct quantities are picked.
- Efficiently pack selected items from a picklist in such a way as to eliminate internal damage.
- Accurately pack selected items from a picklist so that the correct items, in the correct quantities are delivered.
- General computer knowledge is a must. We can train you on FedEx and USPS software.

- Tardiness is not tolerated. You are expected to show up, on time, every scheduled workday.
Education & Experience
- Successful candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years related warehouse experience.
