Sales Associate @ KegWorks


KegWorks is seeking a successful Sales Associate who will efficiently utilize interpersonal skills and CRM technology to provide outstanding customer service in helping the Commercial Sales team achieve their revenue goals. KegWorks’ architectural metal products are a recognized brand in the hospitality industry. A successful junior account representative will learn Kegworks’ product offering and sales process while working with Senior Account Executives to service and grow the firm’s existing portfolio.


  • Contribute to Commercial Sales Team achieving 100% of annual goal
  • All quote requests generated within 24 hours of receipt
  • Limit open orders to sales orders waiting on vendor fulfillment
  • All customer inquiries acknowledged on the same day and addressed within 24 hours

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate prospecting efforts with sales team for outbound calling
  • Prepare quotes for existing customers 
  • Workflow creation and development of other sales process automation
  • Customer inquiry resolution
  • Investigate and resolve shipping issues with FedEx
  • Coordinate return authorizations for commercial sales team 
  • Preparation and coordination of purchase orders with outside finishing vendors
  • Review open order status daily and resolve any outstanding issues with fulfillment staff
  • Assess the viability of inbound inquiries and execute appropriate response
  • Maintain relevant and accurate data in CRM
  • Manage Kegworks’ designer sample program (Material Bank)

  • Mechanical Aptitude - Ability to understand customer needs and use  applicable products to determine the best solution
  • CRM Knowledge and Utilization - The ability to use a relationship management system to schedule, follow up, and categorize customer relationships 

Education & Experience

  • 3+ years of proven inside sales experience required with documented earnings over $65,000
  • Experience with Netsuite, BigCommerce, and Hubspot a plus


  • Base salary of $55,000 plus structured bonus based on the success of the Commercial Sales Team. Estimated first-year earnings $60,000 to $70,000 with the potential for $80,000
