
Our newest limited edition cocktail bitters is none other than this batch of Fee Brothers Gin Barrel-Aged Orange Bitters. These orange bitters are specially aged in oak barrels that were once used to age Old Tom Gin, and the result is positively delightful. Reminiscent of herb tea, the gin barrel-aged bitters offers a mellower flavor with hints of juniper from the aging.
Add gin barrel-aged orange bitters to just about any drinkt hat tickles your fancy, but to get your juices flowing, I suggest you start here:
Special Martini
2 oz gin
3 dashes Fee's Gin Barrel-Aged Orange Bitters
¾ oz sweet vermouth
1 dash Fee's Old Fashion Bitters
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Add to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish and serve.
